MyHKTour specializes in private local tours, airport and hotel transfers, and cross-border transport between Hong Kong, Macau, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, and Guangzhou. We provide private vehicles and optional tour guides in each city to ensure a smooth and comfortable travel experience.

How do I book a tour with MyHKTour?
You can make a booking directly through our website or by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. We also welcome custom requests for special itineraries, family trips, or corporate groups.

Are the tours customizable?
Yes, all our tours are flexible and customizable. Just let us know your interests, travel duration, and preferences—we’ll tailor the itinerary for you. You may also discuss any adjustments with the driver during the tour.

What types of vehicles do you provide?
We offer a variety of private vehicles including 5-seater sedans, 7 to 14-seater vans, and larger 28 or 46-seater buses. All vehicles are air-conditioned and operated by licensed, experienced drivers.

Do your drivers speak English?
English-speaking drivers are available for Hong Kong and Macau upon request. For Shenzhen, Zhuhai, and Guangzhou, an English-speaking tour guide is required for local tours, as drivers may not speak fluent English. For bus tours, a tour guide is compulsory.

Do you accommodate special needs such as wheelchair access or baby seats?
We can arrange wheelchair-accessible itineraries, but we do not provide wheelchairs or baby seats. Guests are advised to bring their own if needed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments in cash (HKD), PayMe, FPS, local international bank transfer, Wise and credit cards via secure online payment link. Please note that credit card payments for the balance amount are subject to a 5% surcharge.

When will I receive booking confirmation and driver details?
After we receive your deposit, we will confirm your booking and create a WhatsApp group for easier communication. One day before your tour, we will share the driver’s contact and vehicle details in the group chat.

How much luggage can the vehicle carry?
Luggage capacity depends on the vehicle type. Please inform us in advance about the number and size of your luggage, such as whether they are 24-inch or 28-inch check-in suitcases, so we can advise accordingly.

Do you provide airport and cruise terminal pick-ups?
Yes, we provide private transfers from Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), Kai Tak Cruise Terminal, and Ocean Terminal to hotels, ferry piers, and other custom destinations.

Can I add sightseeing stops during my airport or cruise transfer?
Yes, absolutely! Many guests choose to include a 6-hour sightseeing tour as part of their airport or cruise transfer—it’s a great way to explore the city before hotel check-in or after check-out. If your itinerary includes remote areas such as Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), Disneyland, or the New Territories, an additional charge may apply. This is typically calculated as an extra hour, or alternatively, one hour may be deducted from the tour time to account for the extended travel distance.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your actual arrival time and allow a grace period. For airport pick-ups, we offer 90 minutes of free waiting time from your official flight arrival. For other transfers, we include 15 minutes of free waiting time. Extra waiting time may be charged depending on the vehicle type. Please keep in touch with us via WhatsApp if your schedule changes.

Do you offer meet and greet service at the airport?
Yes, we can arrange a meet-and-greet service inside the arrivals hall with a name sign upon request. An additional charge may apply for this service.

Can you accommodate early morning or late-night flights?
Yes, our transfer services operate 24/7. Please inform us of your flight details in advance. Additional charges may apply for very early or late pick-ups.

Do you offer private transfers between Hong Kong and other cities such as Macau or Mainland China?
Yes, we offer reliable cross-border transfers between Hong Kong and cities like Macau, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, and Guangzhou. Our professional drivers provide door-to-door service with full border guidance.

Can your vehicles enter Macau or Mainland China directly?
Yes, we use dual or tri-licensed vehicles for most cross-border routes. For Macau, passengers may remain in the vehicle during immigration checks. For Mainland China, passengers are required to disembark with their luggage for customs clearance.

Can I take a one-day tour to Macau or Shenzhen from Hong Kong?
Yes, one-day tours are available and include hotel pick-up, cross-border transfer, and a local sightseeing tour in the destination city. Please note that cross-border transport and local tours are handled separately, so a change of vehicle is necessary once you enter the destination city.

Do I need a visa to enter Mainland China from Hong Kong?
Yes, most nationalities require a visa to enter Mainland China. We do not provide visa services, we recommend checking the latest entry requirements directly with the Immigration Department or your nearest Chinese consulate.

Can I combine multiple cities in one itinerary?
Absolutely. We can customize a multi-city journey such as Hong Kong to Zhuhai, then to Macau, onward to Guangzhou and Shenzhen, and back to Hong Kong. Transport and local tours can be arranged according to your preferences.

How long does it take to travel between cities by car?
The estimated travel time varies by destination. Hong Kong to Shenzhen takes about 1.5 hours, Hong Kong to Zhuhai around 2.5 to 3 hours, and Hong Kong to Guangzhou about 3 to 3.5 hours. The journey from Macau to Guangzhou also takes approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.

Can I be picked up in one city and dropped off in another?
Yes, we offer flexible one-way cross-border transfers. For example, you can travel from Shenzhen to Hong Kong, or from Macau to Guangzhou, without the need to return to your starting point.
